You did notice, that you did register in a completely German speaking forum? There was none English word during this procedure.

Instead of posting in English language (probably without checking, what you do), you should invest in giving a more descriptive report, what happens, your system specs and what you did yourself to solve the problem. See the pinned topic at the very top of this board.

By some of the shown URLs i'd say this Traffic happens cause of the "Search Suggestion Feature" of the Google Search Plugin.
Thus, disabling it by "Manage Search Engines" should help.
