Firefox stürzt regelmässig nach dem ersten Öffnen ab

    Hallo zusammen
    Beim Starten stürzt mir regelmässig der Firefox 3 wie auch 4 ab, sobald ich etwas in die Adresszeile eintippe. Nach Neustart von FF gibts keine Probleme mehr. Ich benutze Windows Vista Home Premium. In der Fehlerkonsole sehe ich keine Fehlermeldung, nur Warnungen. Ist echt nervig!
    Weiss da jemand Rat?

    Über die FF-Version 3 kann ich leider keinen crash Report mehr erhalten, da ich diese Version deinstalliert habe. Bei Version 4 krige ich keinen crash Report in Firefox, aber unter Windows Start- Menue : %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\ sehe ich fünf Dateien, welche ich leider nicht anhängen oder verlinken kann.

    Was sind Profile?

    Dann erstelle für jede Firefox-Version ein eigenes Profil.
    Gehe von deinem Profilordner aus eine Instanz höher. Dort sollte der Ordner Crash Reports vorhanden sein. Darin befinden sich ggf. die Unterordner submitted und pending. Lies folgende Artikel:

    Am einfachsten ist es, du tippst in die Adresszeile about:crashes ein. Dann lieferst du uns einen aktuellen Link, wie im Artikel beschrieben.

    ich habe im Ordner crasch reports geschaut und es lagen keine crash reports vor. Habe den FF im abgesicherten Modus laufen lassen (alle persönlichen Einstellungen deaktiviert, alle Plugins deaktiviert usw...), auch das hat nichts genützt. Frage: bringt das nun was, ein neues Profil zu erstellen?

    Wie lange dauert es bei dir denn bis dahin?
    Ich bezweifle, dass auf deinem System noch alles richtig "tickt"

    Du solltest Firefox nicht bereits mit dem System starten, sondern ggf. erst, nachdem dieses und die beiden erwähnten Sicherheitsprogramme hochgefahren sind, über eine Desktop-Verknüpfung den Firefoxstart auslösen.
