TMP - Tab einfrieren - Verständnisfrage

Hallo,

wenn ich einen Tab schütze, wird er weder per Doppelklick (ist bei mir so deviniert) geschlossen, noch wird er beim Aufruf einer URL überschrieben.
Was bringt aber dann die Option: "Tab einfrieren?" Ich meine, für/vor was noch den Tab "schützen?"

A locked tab means that page won't change except for
refreshes. A good example of the use of this feature is if
there are a large number of links on a page and you want to
open the links in new tabs, simply lock the current tab, and
any links you click on will open in new tabs.

A protected tab will not be closed unless you directly close
it.

The freeze tab option simply combines locking and
protecting the tab.

Aha! Jetzt habe ich mal alles durchgetestet. Es kommt aber auch auf die restlichen Einstellungen von TMP an, damit man dies überhaupt bemerkt.
Wahrscheinlich waren bei mir zu viele Tabs offen. :mrgreen:
