Einfach das deutsche Sprachpaket installieren
für die 3.0 RC2 findet man es hier
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.or…in32/xpi/de.xpidann noch den Locale Switcher installieren und man kann von einer Sprache zu anderen wechsel.
