I need help in English, Firefox does not work

I can't do anything with Firefox. It freezes my computer when I try to start the program. In the Task manager says that the process is running, but it is not. When I try to end the process, it comes back on in a couple of seconds. I can't deinstall to reinstall the new version or it says the update has failed. Please help!
