Altes profill laden?

Mein Problem:
Firefox 1.0.4 abgestürtzt, neu gestartet, wollte altes Profil net mehr, neues profill gemacht.
Nun sind alle bookmarks usw. weg, wie komme ich an mein alltes profill wieder ran?
