Seit einigen Tagen kann ich mich nicht mehr über den Firefoxbrowser bei Lotto-bw einloggen. Es erscheint eine Meldung, dass ein Fehler aufgetreten sei.
In Google Chrome und Edgebrowser ist dagen das Anmelden kein Problem. Woran könnte das liegen?

Ich habe heute den Übeltäter gefunden. Es handelt sich um ein Add-on für Firefox (Ghostery). Nachdem ich alle Addons deaktiviert hatte einzeln wieder aktiviert und getestet habe, trat der Fehler nach der Aktivierung des Addons wieder auf. Ich habe dieses Addon entfernt und hoffe, dass der Fehler jetzt nicht mehr auftritt. Vielen Dank dafür, dass Du Dir Gedanken gemacht hast, um mir zu helfen.

Es erscheint keine Fehlermeldung. Nach dem Start des Browsers kann ich mich bei meinem Provider anmelden, dann erscheint die Meldung zum Postfach gehen und der Punktekreisel beginnt zu rotieren, aber sonst tut sich nichts mehr. Wenn ich nicht zurückgehe,
kreisen die Punkte bis in alle Ewigkeit, d.h. meine Postfächer erscheinen nicht. Ich hatte das Problem schon einmal und musste dann ein neues Profil anlegen. Erst dann funktionierte es wieder. Wie erwäöhnt, habe ich dieses Problem nicht mit Edge oder GoogleChrom.

Ich habe schon das 2.mal folgendes Problem. Ich kann von Firefox aus nicht mehr auf meine Postfächer zugreifen. Letztes mal musste ich Firefox bereinigen und ein neues Benutzerprofil anlegen. Dies bedeutet aber, dass alle meine Erweiterungen gelöscht werden und ich sie neu installieren muss. Dies ist mit viel Arbeit verbunden. Gibt es vielleicht eine Möglichkeit, diesesn Fehler ohne Neuanlage eines Benutzprofils, zu beheben?. Kann mir irgend jemand helfen? Vielen Dank im Voraus.
Mit Edge oder GoogleChrom gibt es das Problem nicht.

nachdem ich das Optimierungsprogramm deinstalliert habe, baut Firefox die Chronik wieder neu auf. Habe heute schon die Anzeige von "Gestern" am Schirm und denke, dass nun alles wieder in Ordnung ist. Ich weiß, dass diese Optimierungsprogramme manchmal Dinge tun, die man nicht will, aber ab und zu sind sie doch brauchbar. Ich denke, dass jetzt alles wieder ok ist und danke allen, die sich Gedanken über mein Problem gemacht haben.

ich habe es begriffen und werde das Optimierungsprogramm deinstallieren, obwohl es nicht jeden Tag läuft, sondern nur ab und zu von mir gestartet wird. -
Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort. Wahrscheinlich ist es so, dass mein Ashampoo Optimierprogramm diese Daten gelöscht hat. Aber sollte es nicht so sein, dass die Chronik wieder aufgebaut wird, nachdem sie einmal gelöscht wurde? Ich habe diesen Zustand schon seit längerer Zeit festgestellt, ohne dass sich an der Anzeige etwas geändert hat.

Bei meinem Firefox Vers. 63.0.3 (64-bit) fehlen bei der Chronik die Angaben: Gestern - Letzte 7 Tage und z.B. November 2018.
Wie kann ich diese Angaben wieder anzeigen lassen? Leider habe ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden. Bei mir erscheint nur noch die Anzeige die gesamte Chronik zu öffnen u.z. jeweils von "Heute". Ist dies vielleicht in der neuen Version so gewollt. Kann mir jemand einen Tip geben?

Dein Hinweis brachte genau die richtige Lösung. Den Fehler hat tatsächlich das Add-On Colorful Tabs verursacht. Nachdem ich es
deaktiviert habe bleibt das Theme wo es ist und verschwindet nicht mehr. Dein Geistesblitz hat mich gerettet. Noch einmaL besten Dank für Deine Hilfe und auch allen anderen, die sich meines Problems angenommen haben. -

Es tut mir leid, wenn ich Dich verärgert habe, aber vielleicht hängt das mit meinem Alter zusammen. Ich bin jetzt 81 und habe noch nicht so viel mit solchen Fehlern kämpfen müssen. Du hast natürlich recht, ich hätte es früher kapieren müssen, was mir leid tut.

Mein Firefox ist die neue Version Quantum 57.0.2 64-Bit, meine Sicherheitssoftware ist G-Data Internet Security Vers. 25.4.2. Ich hatte bisher nie Probleme mit Firefox oder G-Data, weshalb ich das ganze nicht verstehe. -
Es tut mir leid, aber weitere Angaben kann ich nicht machen. Ich erhalte keinerlei Fehlermeldungen oder Hinweise, was zu tun ist damit die aktivierten Themes auch bleiben, wenn sie aktiviert sind. Im abgesicherten Modus bleibt das Theme und geht niicht wieder weg. (Theme Firefox B rechts oben). Ich werde noch einen Versuch starten und den Firefox komplett entfernen und dann neu installieren. Vielleicht bringt das den gewünschten Erfolg.

Dass Windows 10 nicht immer so funktioniert, wie man das erwartet ist mir bekannt. Ich habe bereits mehrere Neuinstallationen hinter mir. uch Widows wird bei mir immer automatisch aktualisiert, was vielleicht auch ein Fehler sein kann. Aber so schlau bin ich leider auch nicht, um dieses Verhalten zu verstehen. -
