vielen Dank,
das Bereinigen hat schon mal die GMXerei entfernt, einiges andere allerdings auch, sodaß ich manchges noch reparieren muß

ich habe deinstalliert und die neueste Version installiert - und nochmal das Selbe - aber das GMX-Zeug ist inmmer noch da und bei jedem Start kommt die Fahlermeldung[attachment=0]GMX Meldung.JPG[/attachment]

Guten Tag,
als GMX-kunde wurde mir angeboten, die GMX-Version von FireFox zu installieren.
Da ich damit nicht klarkomme möchte ich sie wieder loswerden.

Guten Morgen,
soeben habe ich - wie immmer - das Java-update installiert und bekam eine lange Geschichte über die Abschaltung durch FireFox ab 52.
Meine Hauptfrage: Wozu benötige ich überhaupt Java wenn verschiedene Browser es abschalten ?
Braucht man Java auch sonst irgendwo ?
Ich verwende neben Mozilla noch OpenOffice, einige Adobe-Produkte und VisualFxpro 9.

Sollte ich Java deaktivieren (deinstallieren) und sehen was passiert ?

Bin ein wenig desiformiert.

bitte ein wenig Geduld mit mir, bin 85 und sehr sehbehindert.
Die Installation des genannten Grfaiktreibes ist mißlungen und mein Bildschirm ist ziemlich unbrauchbar geworden, zu klein und zu breit.

Versuche jetzt Enkel zu mobilisieren, die diese für mich zu komplizierte Meldung zustande zu bringen.
Ein Anruf bei Paket.de ergab, daß man jetzt bei jeder Anmeldung über dieses captcha gehen muß - da sei heute eben so !
Daher meine Frage zwischendurch:
Hat jemand hier ein Konto bei Paket.de und erhält in seinem FireFox ohne weiteres das captcha auf den Bildschirm ?
