hab keine ahnung woran das lag :-??

ok das erste programm zeigt an das keine probleme gefunden wurden
wie könnte ich denn das forceware am besten und am sichersten deinstallieren?
könnten danach dann probleme auftreten?
den zweiten link, das wäre dann ein graka treiber denk ich mal
soll ich den auch installieren?
mit dem rest kann ich nicht so viel anfangen
und ja mein pc ist wirklich etwas zugemüllt aber umd die ganzen kleinigkeiten in die tonne zu treten müsste ich mich besser auskennen:( -

Hallo zusammen,
seit ca. einer Woche schmiert mein Firefox immer wieder ab.
Habe viele Foren durchstöbert und ne Menge ausprobiert um das Problem zu lösen.
Habe mein FF deinstalliert, andere Versionen getestet, neue Profile erstellt (alte Daten aber gesichert) und auch im abgesicherten Modus mein Glück versucht.
Ich dachte es liegt vielleicht an Plugins oder Erweiterungen.
Leider hab ich das Problem nicht lösen können und mein FF schmiert trotzdem ab?
Das passiert mir sogar wenn ich auf meine Startseite klicke (Google).
Als Fehlermeldung öffnet sich dann das Fenster "Entschuldigung das hätte nicht passieren dürfen ..."
Hoffe ihr könnt mir noch ein paar weitere Tipps und Tricks geben damit ich vielleicht irgendwann wieder problemlos surfen kann.
