Ja genau das hab ich gemacht wie oben beschrieben, und laut FEBE ist das Profil default auch wiederhergestellt.
Habe oben die Diskussion angefügt dort gehts genau um mein Problem

Installiere FF neu
legte neuen Benutzer an
mit diesem starte ich Firefox und versuchte mein Profil Default wiederhrzustellen das ich vor der Deinstallation gesichert habe.
Obwohl FEBE einen erfoglreichen Restore meldet ist da auser nix eigentich garn nix. (im Default Profil)
kann mir wer helfen wie man das Manuell zustande bringt.
Sollte irgendwie funktionieren aber wie?

Can't Restore Profile with FEBE 5.0
I backed up my entire profile in FEBE 5.0 because I was getting ready to reformat my computer, it went fine, creates an 11MB file. After I reformat, I reinstall FEBE 5.0 in a fresh installation of the latest firefox and when I restore the profile, it says everything is successful. But when I go into the profile manager and switch to the restored profile, nothing is restored, it is just a blank profile with nothing. I think it just reverts back to a default profile because when i'm in the profile manager and choose the profile that i've restored through febe and click OK, the profile manager screen comes back up and i have to choose the profile again and click OK a second time for firefox to load. This is not my first time doing this, I've successfully transported my profile to other computers and on reformats using earlier versions of FEBE.
